Tomasz Barańczyk has been advising leading companies in various economic sectors since 1996, with a particular focus on companies in the energy, oil and gas sectors.
He has been a licensed tax advisor since 2003. From 2013 to 2018, he was the managing partner of the legal and tax advisory department in Poland.
He has extensive experience in conducting complex tax optimisation projects for companies, mainly in the areas of corporate income tax, value-added tax, excise duties, custom duties and other public charges. In his professional practice, Tomasz Barańczyk has led teams that verified clients' existing business structures and provided them with comprehensive assistance in the preparation and subsequent implementation of tax-advantaged solutions.
He was a speaker at various national and international conferences on tax law, and is the author of numerous articles on tax issues published in the trade press.
