The Transatlantic Cyber Forum, established in 2017 by interface (formerly Stiftung Neue Verantwortung), is a well-established expert network that supports cross-sector collaboration and advances evidence-based cybersecurity policy. With over 150 members, the TCF operates through dedicated working groups and produces widely cited research outputs aimed at informing transatlantic and global cybersecurity debates.
Dr. Joanna Kulesza (University of Lodz / Lodz Cyber Hub) joins this year’s working group, contributing her expertise in international digital regulation and legal norm development. The group’s interdisciplinary structure ensures a comprehensive analysis of irresponsible cyber behavior and the policy tools available to address it.
This research-driven initiative is coordinated and funded by interface, a Berlin-based independent policy institute.
