The University of Łódź was prominently represented through the work of the Lodz Cyber Hub. Dr Joanna Kulesza (Faculty of Law and Administration, UŁ) delivered an invited keynote address on the role of international law as a cyber confidence-building measure. Her intervention received significant interest from delegations and highlighted the University’s ongoing contributions to research and policy on critical Internet infrastructures and global cyber governance.

Finland and the incoming Swiss Chairpersonship emphasised the importance of strengthening cyber resilience and responsible technology governance—areas in which the University of Łódź continues to develop research leadership and international cooperation.

Through the Lodz Cyber Hub, the University maintains an active presence in European cybersecurity and digital policy dialogues, supporting evidence-based approaches and fostering collaboration across sectors.
