"Joining the Digital Constitutionalism Network reflects our commitment to promoting human-rights-based, inclusive, and responsible Internet governance. It is an honor for us to contribute to building a fairer digital future." — Dr. Joanna Kulesza, Director, Łódź Cyber Hub
With its extensive initiatives, research resources, advocacy activities, and global educational partnerships, Łódź Cyber Hub will both contribute to and benefit from the Network’s work, helping to shape the normative frameworks for digital governance.
The Digital Constitutionalism Network studies the political, social, and legal processes involved in embedding rights and principles into the global governance of digital technologies. It maintains a constantly updated database of declarations, bills of rights, charters, and laws produced by civil society, governments, international organizations, and multi-stakeholder forums. The Network also connects scholars, policymakers, and organizations through research, advocacy, and teaching partnerships worldwide.
