EU CyberNet, funded by the European Union, brings together European entities active in cyber capacity building. Lodz Cyber Hub is currently the only Polish academic institution in this community and one of two Polish members, together with NASK.

As a research centre dedicated to the application of international law in cyberspace, we wish to contribute legal expertise to the community. Cyber capacity building requires a clear legal basis, including the rules on state responsibility, due diligence and the protection of human rights online. We also look forward to exchanging experience with partners from across Europe.
