Upcoming Training Sessions: Managing Research Projects & Time Management

We are pleased to announce the continuation of our career counseling training series, designed to support researchers and doctoral students in developing essential professional skills. Following the soft skills training that took place on 27 February, we now invite you to two upcoming workshops focused on hard skills.

Managing Research Projects

  • Date and Time: 27  March: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 28 March: 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
  • Format: 15 training hours (workshop, in-person)
  • Registration: Registration Research Project

This training will provide practical knowledge on planning and managing research projects based on the PM² methodology, developed by the European Commission. Participants will gain skills in team management, resource allocation, risk assessment, and project execution within international and interdisciplinary contexts.

Time Management for Researchers

Participants will explore methods and tools for task planning, time management, and improving productivity in daily work. The training will also cover task prioritization, dealing with ‘time thieves’, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
