The six-month programme (April–October 2025) is delivered in English via the PushFar platform and includes one-on-one mentoring and monthly webinars focused on career progression.
This year, our mentor is Dr. Joanna Kulesza, an international law scholar and passionate advocate for digital inclusion. As an Equality Leader for the Polish Women’s Congress and the British Embassy in Poland, and through her work in the Cyber Ambassadors Programme, Dr. Kulesza promotes girls' participation in digital careers. She highlights that:
cybersecurity is not just computer science, but also relies on humanities and social sciences, particularly in the age of artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs).
The programme is supported by leading global institutions and partners such as ENISA, NATO, the European Commission, CISCO, Siemens, Accenture, and academic institutions and think tanks across Europe.
By joining the Women4Cyber mentorship initiative, Lodz Cyber Hub reaffirms its commitment to fostering diverse, inclusive, and interdisciplinary digital leadership at the European level.
