Tomasz Stamirowski

He graduated in Foreign Trade from the University of Lodz and in Management from the University of Grenoble, France. 

He has been involved in the investment industry since 1994 and served, among others, as a Vice President of the Management Board of Pekao Capital Fund. Prior to that, he gained experience in restructuring, while working in the Restructuring Department of PBG S.A. He was a member of management boards of manufacturing companies. He participated in the supervisory boards of several companies, including listed companies (KFM, BIPROMET, STOMIL SANOK, ZETKAMA, Bank BPH). Since 2001, he has been involved with Avallon and has led a number of management buyout projects.

As of June 2021, he is the main shareholder of RTS Widzew Łódź S.A. In his free time, he collects antique shares of Łódź companies, having the largest collection in Poland.
