He holds a master's degree in sociology and is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. Since 1990, a local government official, head of the team for cooperation with NGOs, author of training courses and coach. Since 2013, a Director of the Office for Social Participation, responsible, among other things, for the implementation of the civic budget in Lodz. He is currently working in the Department of Health and Social Affairs as a chief specialist for Electromobility.
